Horrible customer service. Making a return or exchange is very frustrating to get done. when placing an order the customer service rep continues to sell items to you which you do not want or need.

IMy wife phoned customer service to return and exchange an item she ordered. I sat and listened to her conversation, which I would call elderly abuse.

Rep asked her to repeat her credit card number five times. My wife finally handed the phone to me and I talked to (Andy) and he asked me three times for the credit card numbers. By the time it was over my wife was in tears.

I cannot believe the experience we had; We are hoping the exchange will be successful; At the same time, we will never deal with your company again. I hope someone in your company has enough knowledge to turn your company around.

Did not receive correct order

Ordered matching bedspread and shams. Instead they delivered a wicker table and shams and argue that the bedspread was delivered. I dont want a tefund, I want what I ordered.

Rude customer service rep

I ordered bamboo curtains, with free shipping coupon, was told no shipping charges. Gave me my total, at time of order, did not include shipping. When I received my items I was charged $80 shipping, I called they said wasn't shipping was heavy weight charge, what is that?!? Shipping!!! Not the same total I was given when I placed order, I tried to explain and was hung up on.

They sent me the wrong product and will not exchange it for the right product. I had to revise the right product and had to pay and keep the wrong part product.

I was not at all unhappy — I just needed info.

2 different orders arrived on different days with the boxes almost broken completely open and the inside item broken. Brylane was great about replacing and my return. My confusion was that my e mail just referred to Happy Returns I did not realize until I googled it, that is the name of the co. Didnt know where to take pkg. and the lady I talked to couldnt tell me either.

You have my e-mail, and thank goodness I did not give you my credit info! I tried to become a NEW customer tonight with a PROMO CARD YOU ADVERTISE!

I gave you my e-mail, and even called twice talking with TWO different reps. One at each of your phone #'s. They were rude, WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN, kept asking for my account # that I did not have, the catalog # that of course I did not have a catalog, and told me I could only use the Promo Code # unless I ordered from online! I was trying to, but it did not work to begin with.

They REFUSED a supervisor EACH time, and then told me it was because the item was a third party vendor item!

I went to Walmart.com, got a better one, for less than half of the price, and NO SHIPPING (which yours was for half of the price of the item itself), and will receive it in at least a three days earlier! Glad I did not become YOUR customer!!!

It is Bad business practice to hire people who have no control of business practice to handle questions that concern business practice. If something is not available it should be immediately marked as such and removed from the website!

Thats what you should be spending your money on. Not reps that can do nothing to change anything. I was notified days later that my item was back ordered. Then another few days later cancelled.

I should have been offered a similar item or up graded item at the same or reduced cost and I was not and I should have been called regarding same, not sent an form email. Which is garbage customer service.
